How to enrol your son in St. John’s College, 2021

Dear Parent/Guardian, Please find attached an Application Form for 1st Year 2020 for St. John’s College. All applications received on or before September 30th 2020 will be guaranteed a school place for 2021. An Administration Fee of €50 must accompany the application. Please note that late applications will not be guaranteed a school place as the number of 1st Year classes will be determined by the number of applications received before the end of September 2020. Late applications will be placed on a waiting list.

PPS Numbers:

Please ensure that your son’s PPS Number is on his Application Form or it cannot be processed.

Students with Special Educational Needs

If your son has a report (educational/psychological, O.T. Clinical etc.) you must supply a copy of report with application form. On receipt of student’s report, the school will apply for resource hours for 2020-2021. If reports are not given to the school in good time, we will not be able to arrange for your son to have extra help next year. (If the school is not informed of your son’s special educational needs and does not have a support plan in place for him, it may not be possible to enrol him in the school.) If you require any help regarding this matter please contact the school and make an appointment to meet the Special Educational needs Co-ordinator Ms Quinn. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me by making an appointment with the school receptionist. Yours sincerely, Ms A.M. Leonard. Principal.
